| Dan
Ritter graduated with his law degree from Willamette University
College of Law in 1965.
He received his master's degree in tax law
from New York University in 1968. He is a fellow of the American
College of Trust and Estate Counsel and also is listed in the
prestigious one percent of the Best Lawyers in America.
Dan started his practice with Roy Harland in 1967. Over the
years he has developed extensive experience in business
and property law as well as estate planning, wills, trusts, and
probate.

Joe Hobson graduated with
his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in
1975. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon and
Washington.
Joe started as an
attorney in the title insurance industry in 1975. He began
private practice in Keizer in 1979 where he had a real
estate and business practice and helped form the City of
Keizer. He acted as one of the City Attorneys for Keizer
until 1995. From 1995 to 1999 he served as the General
Counsel for the Oregon Farm Bureau Federation. From 1999 to
2001 he was the Director of the National Center for
Agricultural Law Research and Information.
He returned to private
practice in 2001 focusing on personal and business planning,
property law, and public and quasi public organizations.
